What the programme costs, who is responsible for your child, and what is settled in writing before anyone travels.
Cost
Confirmed at the information evening.
We are not publishing a price until it is final, because a number that moves is worse than no number at all. The programme price, exactly what it includes and excludes, and the payment schedule are set out at the parent information evening and published here on the same day.
Nothing is payable to try out, and nothing is payable until a place is offered and accepted.

Where the price, the itinerary, supervision and the paperwork are all walked through, with time for questions. We will publish the date here and email everyone who has registered interest.

Supervision and duty of care
Settled in writing before travel, not on the way to the airport.
Every arrangement for a player under 18 is made with a parent or guardian from the outset. That is how the previous international visits at our centre worked, and it is not negotiable.

Accommodation
Players stay in hostel accommodation at the academy in Bengaluru. Room arrangements and supervision of the accommodation are confirmed with parents in writing.

Working with Children Checks, the code of conduct that staff and players sign, and how a concern is raised and handled.

Medical and consent forms, who holds them, the travel and medical insurance position, and what happens if a player is injured or unwell on tour.

What we can and cannot help with
We can tell you how previous trips were arranged, what the camp week involves, and what your child will be doing on any given day. We are not able to advise on visas, immigration or eligibility to play in another country — those are matters for the relevant authorities, and a cricket academy telling you otherwise would be doing you no favours.

Does trying out commit us to anything?
No. A try-out costs nothing beyond your time and does not commit you to the programme. Nothing is payable until a place is offered and you accept it.
Is my child too young, or too old?
The pathway is open to boys and girls and to senior men and women. It is not a junior-only programme. If you are unsure whether a given age group is realistic this year, ask us and we will tell you plainly.
Who travels with the players?
Supervision arrangements are set out in writing before travel and confirmed with every parent individually. They are not left to the week before.
What if my child is selected and then cannot travel?
The refund and withdrawal position is published here alongside the price, before anyone is asked to pay anything.
Do you help with visas?
We can tell you how previous trips were arranged, but we are not able to advise on visas or immigration. Those are matters for the relevant authorities.
What happens if my child is not selected?
We tell you where they stand and what would need to change. Around twenty players travel; a try-out is not a formality in either direction.
